The entire team at McDivitt was wonderful. They truly care about their clients and advocating for them. It is never an easy time when you have to get an attorney, and then walk you through everything to make sure any anxiety you have is eased. I really appreciate all the work Tony and Claudia put in to make sure I was taken care of .

I'd like to leave full details, unfortunately I'm unable to do that. This review is regarding the workers comp side... And the assistant or notary that had the audacity to be rude for inconveniencing her, knowing I just got back from court and seeing the driver that killed my husband. And for asking me about it, to be nosey, like it's an acceptable thing to ask about during another highly emotional thing I'd rather not be bawling and unable to focus for. And like i want to discuss it with some random person i just met that was extremely rude for no reason. Supposedly it was addressed, but never should've happened. That's the only part I'm willing to divulge here, the entire experience was a nightmare and i got to absorb a whole lot of legal knowledge i absolutely didn't want to learn while desperately trying to grieve my husband and fight for his justice instead. I'll probably email my concerns to whoever eventually, but I'm exhausted and sick of fighting.. if yall could have the appropriate person call or email me so i don't have to jump through more hoops, that be cool.

Cristin did a great job handling our case and kept the insurance company off of my back so that I could focus fully on getting better. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if I have to (hopefully not)

Relatively pain free. Seems like it was outside sources that caused any issues. Insurance agencies, former employers, etc. It was easy dealing with these guys through it though.

Everyone here is amazing and is passionate about taking care of their clients. I had a great experience with Tony and Sarah. They’re Organized, and always let me know what’s going on ! They made the process easy including the medical treatment. I’ve never been in a car accident before so they guided me and I’m forever grateful for that, without their help I’d still be in pain and have a messed up car. I highly recommend Mcdvitt 1000/10!

Not sure how I feel about this place any more. I think it's more of a quantity over quality based business. Do your research and don't be naïve putting all your eggs in one basket.

They only want to settle, get a lawyer that will actually fight for you.
