I called McDivitt law firm about a dispute with the Veterans Affairs which I needed representation for, I explained my situation to a few people and I felt good about it, I delivered the documents they requested and as instructed I waited for them to review the documents and determine if I would be "eligible" for representation or not and thats about as far as it got. I called the attorney a few different times as the final date to appeal approached in order to discuss fees and representation but I was told to keep waiting and that the attorney had never handled a VA case before and wasn't sure how to proceed. That was the last I heard from them, they never called to say I was eligible or not. No money lost but I really felt like I was a nothing and a nobody when I was ready to pay them and get things moving and they didnt even take the time to look at my situation. Lesson learned.
