This organization is a great and trustworthy place. From the customer support team to the actual team, they work diligently to assist in your case. My name is Carol and my attorney was Joe Prieksat with McDivitt Law firm. My husband died when he was struck by a motorist while riding his bicycle home. McDivitt Law firm handled everything possible for me. I contacted them while my husband was in the Trauma Unit. I never paid them a dime until my case was settled and I was paid. I was injured in a construction accident that permanently left me a paraplegic. I remember being in the hospital realizing that my career of 25 years was over, and that I was no longer capable of providing for myself or my family. I also had to focus on recovering as much as possible for my loved ones and adapting to my disability. I called McDivitt law firm because I needed someone who would stand up for me, and make sure that I was treated fairly by the insurance companies. I received that and more from them. There were so many things that had to be addressed to put my life back together after my accident. Disability from the state had to be applied for, the workman's compensation insurance company had to be negotiated with to make sure my future medical needs were met, hospital and medical bills had to be paid, house modifications had to be done to make my place handicap accessible, automobile modifications had to be done, payment for pain and suffering and job loss from my injury had to be addressed. There was all of that and much more. McDivitt had a team of professionals put together for each phase of my case and recovery to help me day or night with tough decisions, questions I might have, or even if I just needed to ease my mind and talk. They not only stood up for my rights, but also cared about my well being. I also found their percentage method of payment comforting. Knowing that I would not have an attorney bill when this was all over was a huge relief, and allowed the decisions made to be based on importance and not affordability. I feel that McDivitt did a great job with all phases of my case and would recommend them to anyone who has had an accident and needs help.

Been waiting over 3 years, was told the case would take 1 to 2 years tops... here i sit waiting I call and ask no.one ever has a clear answer of whats going on with my case. I get spam texts for the same question I already answered over n over even though u can see clear as day on my phone I already replied! Worst service ever!

Husband and I retained them for his workmans comp claim, 13 months after hiring them Aaron in their office chose to terminated case when my husband told him their service was below par - not one thing accomplished and he even canceled the court date we had out of spite when advised we were looking at changing attorney's -we are now looking at filing charges with AG for possible irregularities in handling the case - worse unprofessional experience possible- literally trying to sue the largest medical dispensary in the city and have a VERY Valid claim but apparently you have to do all the work yourself and then they want to be paid- laziest lawyers in town- and can't even keep people in the office have had 3 different workman comp assistants in last 60 days alone cause they suck their own staff won't stay - MCDIVITT- JUST DON'T BOTHER- PATHETIC HOW SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO PRIDE OR WORK ETHIC :(

Check was sent on the 28th of last month wasn’t aware until I text my case manager and was told after being told they would call me when they received it andwas going to be able to pick it up from the office nothing ever happened they took down new address and sent check to old address still waiting for check while bills are accumulating was given options one time and have yet to speak with case manager 1 time since the check has been sent out told me to go to post office and talk to post master and have them check scanned mail also sign up for something I already I have “informed delivery” however the firm got their money and closed my case while I’m stressing about losing car and soon being evicted and nobody cares because like they received their money

They are money hungry. If you are involved in a case with them, they don't understand brain injury at all. They find out what the policy is and don't tell you. Good luck talking to an attorney. If a policy can only pay $25000 max. You should have a chance to decide wether you want to go through them or file it yourself. They end up with more than you. You file and get the power to control your funds. My wife has asked several times for a copy of her file. Called many times & gets no response. Like they are hiding something.

I’ve worked with other Lawyers who are in constant contact with you. The other thing that really was hard on me is my legal team switched numerous times. I never had the same assistant or attorney anytime one person (assistant) changed so did the attorney. When the case went into litigation I again got assigned a new attorney. Also treatment started a lot later than my other attorney would start it after any of my accidents.
