Outstanding staff always there when I have a question an I have many but they never let u feel as though your bothering them I'm sure they understand that alot of us are novices at best when it comes to legal matters will always recommend McDivitt to anyone who has a work comp issue they don't quit looking out for you when things get rough can't say enough great things about them

We contacted you 3 years ago on a very important issue in regards to my mother in law about the nursing home she was in at the time of her death. I find it strange that you are looking for a review so long after the fact. here it is: 1: you gave the case to another law firm up in Denver after telling us you would be working with them on it. 2: you guaranteed us that you were taking the case. 3: The office in Denver, at your request, finally stopped "double talking" around the "issue" with the case (?) and stated to my wife: " There isn't enough money in it for you". 4: Since when does seeking justice have a dollar figure attached? I have not, or will I ever recommend your firm to anyone. Please leave us be!!!!!

I retained the firm and ended up having no case as other driver uninsured. That ok. Is life. Before I called snd emailed snd left questions pertaining to taking a ct scan. I wanted to know if it would be out of pocket. They never responded. I am stuck with bill I would’ve avoided if they were responsive people.

This law firm worked around the clock to make sure I was well taken care of. Nichole and Joe have called me to let me know what’s going on with my cases and if they don’t have answers they’ll get back to me ASAP. Melissa and Ultra always email me or call me to make sure everything is going well. This Team is wonderful

They went to work on my case right away. They never gave me any doubts. And they fought for every cent. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

After over 3 years, I got less then 10k, was not worth using them there are better attorneys out there. 1 case settle for 25k and I got 6k. Not worth it at all!
