My son was is a serious car accident with his best friend. McDivitt took care of my son and fought hard to get him an amount of money that can change his life. Mark was great to work with and treated my son with respect; the entire team was professional on every level. It took two years to complete the process and Mark never gave up on my son!! I would recommend McDivitt to anyone who has been in an accident and needs help fighting insurance companies!

Didn’t follow up with what was promised. They promised to help me get a hearing with the Administrative Law Judge for my workman’s Comp case. When I ask if it had been set up he said he was sure there were many attorney that could help me.

I would NEVER recommend this law firm! The experience my wife and I had was so bad I am now considering opening a lawsuit against them!! NO COMMUNICATION!! NO FOLLOW UP!! We were told it would be OUR decision before a settlement would be made and that was certainly NOT the case! I will be calling an attorney to see my options but I will not let this slide! The media will be contacted as well!

Never called me back

After having such a horrific car accident, I was really concerned about how to pay for the medical bills that where accumulating. I called McDivitt and it proved to be the correct choice. I was assigned a case manager that always answered my calls or called me back with a great attitude. My case was assigned to an attorney named Tom, who also made himself available to answer my questions in a prompt and professional manner.
