This statement is to conform that the the services from Mc Divitt law firm was very helpful and all the staff also vey helpful keeping me updated with all my case!

I used McDivitt Law Firm after me and my husband were hit by a stolen car. After the first conversation we were assigned an attorney and case manager. Since the first day we noticed issues in communication between the attorney and case manager. We would get calls from the attorney explaining future steps and get a phone call from the case manager explaining us completely different. We came into the office to sign POA and to also meet the attorney and case manager in person. While sitting in the waiting room we noticed another customer who was waiting on the same case manager. The case manager arrives and guides us into a meeting room while telling the other customer "it won't take long". Thats how the whole process felt for us. Everything was rushed with no focus on detail. We signed POAs, received the same POAs a couple of days later again to sign and a email from the case manager that my husband needs to come into the office to sign the POA otherwise they can't go further? The same issue I had with the case manager when I sent hospital bills, lost wage paperwork etc. I had to resend things over and over. I would confirm the attorney and case manager about things and would get the same question a couple of days or weeks after. Since I didn't have health insurance McDivitt wanted me to use a Loan company which they gave my contact information without even asking if this would be ok. I received calls multiple times a day from this company. I refused to use a medical loan company and went to low income doctors to help me out after the accident. The attorney and case manger made it really clear that they were not happy with my decision. After several month my husband was dropped. The attorney still wanted to continue with me. After several errors and miscommunications with McDivitt, I finally received a claim letter from the case manager. The first number i reviewed was totally wrong, so I requested summaries for the other numbers also, since they didn't match my numbers or paperwork. After reviewing those I found that the attorney and case manager didn't include 3 invoices to my claim and had wrong numbers for two invoices. After that issue was fixed I finally made it to the last settlement appointment. The attorney went over numbers with me and I notice that they mailed a check for an invoice I had already paid(which I told them and the invoice shows a zero balance). I had to wait until the situation was fixed and was happy that I was finally done going through the pain. I expected a competent company who helps me take the stress off me to focus on recovering from my injuries after the accident, but all it did was cause more stress.

Everyone we worked with was always so kind and would express their concerns, would inquire about how we are holding up, and how our injuries were healing. Our lawyer, Stephen Longo and his paralegal, Madelayne were on top of keeping us appraised on how our case was progressing. They never made us feel that we were just another client, but rather would take a real interest in the the case, and when it came to fighting the insurance companies, he’s a real bulldog. He knows how to get it done. You don’t see their commercials don’t say we got só & só this $ amount, or people professing how much the firm got them. This is not what McDivitt cares about, they care about helping the person to get through dealing with insurance by doing the work for them so that all the person has to concentrate on getting well. They do fight for getting the client as much as possible, to help their client to get on with their lives. We have had to use McDivitt twice since we have moved here, Their family values and moral align very close to any reputable institution. We would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.
