Tony Tracy and his team was my attorney. When my husband and I first met him, he was empathetic to what I had to say. Tony answered all our questions and took the time to explain the legal process to us. His professionalism in dealing with insurances and understanding of what was due to me was a blessing. There were things that I knew little knowledge of. I had neither the energy nor time to deal with these things. Tony knew exactly what to do. Really pleased with lawyer Stephen and case manager Cari! They really know what they’re doing and always were forthright in answering my questions and concerns. Their office is nicely decorated. The staff is pleasant. They offered coffee, water, and other amenities. The lawyer who saw our case was pleasant and knowledgeable. He didn't give us the run-around. Even though they ended up not taking our case, they were upfront and responsive. They are a bigger firm, so they have a lot of resources to help in cases. I would recommend them for anyone dealing with a personal injury.
