I have never used a law firm before, but when I got injured at work I called McDivitt Law Firm and they set up an interview. They walked me through the procedure and had open lines of communication throughout the process. I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend McDivitt to anyone hurt on the job.

Where do I start. I have never seen such a highly committed staff. They strive for the highest commitment and integrity. Mcdivitt has shown great endurance throughout this long process. The supporting staff kept us informed of everything related issues. We where never caught off guard. We had a good outcome.

Communication is important, and these people don't communicate. I'm feeling very dissatisfied with a lawyer firm that has the money to post adds and billboard everywhere, but not enough time for me to be able to call my lawyer and have a conversation with him, not his assistant. I wouldn't recommend to my worst of enemies.

I called this office this morning to inquire about switching from another attorney to this firm because I don't feel my current attorney is doing an adequate job. In less than 10 minutes I gave the girl a rundown of what occurred in 1 of 2 accidents that are currently being handled by the other firm. She put me on hold and less than 5 minutes later she returned and stated that the attorney didn't think it would be "worth his time" to take on. Whoever he is, he put this girl in an awkward position because all that she had to go on was what he said and she couldn't say anything else to possibly explain why he decided this because she's not even a legal assistant. I've seen TV ads for this firm with client testimonials. One of the testimonials stated that the client had been with another firm, wasn't satisfied with the job they were doing so they switched to this firm. I'm not even certain how this alleged client even managed to speak to an attorney because apparently not every case is even worth their time to actually speak with the caller instead of receiving a fractured account from a receptionist.

Tony and his team were amazing! They were very kind, patient, and quick to answer all my concerns and questions.

Mark and everyone was so helpful through my whole process. If I had any questions they responded very quickly and throughly. Having an accident and injuries is very scary/stressful and they made everything go very smoothly so I could focus on getting better!
