They were extremely patient and understanding of my situation. They did the best to get my case settled and I am happy with the results. It was a difficult time to get though and I’m happy to have had McDivitt there when I had many questions and concerns.

Hi, My husband Don and I chose McDivitt Law Firm because my husband new Mike McDivitt from years ago when he was in Manzanola. We decided to obtain a Lawyer after we had been in a hit and run accident in Colorado Springs and we had been fighting with our insurance company to get the medical bills Don sustained paid and we were having no luck. Our Attorney that was assigned to us was Christine Lagle. I have to tell you to not be surprised by her as she looks like she is a teenager. She has "spitfire" and she accomplished everything including getting us a settlement, which we did not ask for. We just wanted our medical bills paid as we were being threatened that they were going to turn us into collections. Christine is very easy to talk to and makes you feel right at home and very comfortable and I would recommend her or McDivitt Law Firm to anyone who needs help.

My experience with McDivitt law firm was amazing. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Mark was on top of things and was available whenever I had any questions. I hope and pray I never have to experience another accident but God forbid I do, this is the law firm I would choose.

McDivitt was professional and helpful from the time I reached out to call them. Getting started and hiring them was a very easy experience. The process was almost a year long, which was the hard part and I paid a lot out of pocket due to insurance barely covering anything. A few times I did have to reach out to them to get status updates and to advise them I wanted to move forward, which is the reason for only 4 stars. However, the Mr. Tracy listened to what I wanted instead of pushing his own agenda and ultimately got me more money than I expected. I am grateful to McDivitt, my lawyer, Tony Tracy and case manager Marilyn for being on top of it and getting me top dollars. I would recommend and use McDivitt again.
