This is my second time using McDivitt for an auto accident. First times was 2014-2015 and they assisted me with the best rehab care while I was pregnant and always kept me updated with any new changes. This year 2018 I was in another auto accident and wasn’t receiving the proper care from my physician and they stepped up took my case and made sure I had all the right resources and treatment. Tom Dwyer is an excellent attorney and takes his job seriously. He keeps you in mind the entire time and will check up on you and is always there when you have questions. The portal they have for clients is an excellent way to stay in touch and also receive updates and they even provide videos to explain the process. Keep McDivitt in mind if you’re ever in an auto accident

My experience with McDivitt has been excellent. I never thought I would have to use a lawyer for any reason, but having one has made the process that much smoother. The communication has been superb. There are multiple platforms that they use for communication, which is ideal for the working individual. I am not always able to answer my phone, and when I did have to call back I always received a quick response. They were very transparent in the process during the entire time.
