Tony was absolutely the very best atty I have worked with to date. Unfortunately, I have been in 4 MVAs here in Colorado. Fortunately, I have the best firm on my side. McDivitt has represented mer WONDERFULLY in each of my cases. Carri & Marilyn, my case managers, were great at keeping me up to date and informed almost daily. This law firm is absolutely amazing and really do care. The lawyer I worked with, Edward Lomena was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard on my case. He was supportive throughout the whole process and was very helpful. He honestly cares about his clients and their well-being. I am extremely grateful and thankful for all the time and hard work he put into my case. His paralegal Maddie was also extremely helpful and kind. They are awesome and such a great team to work with. They were there when I needed the help with my claim and really did everything they could to help me through the whole process.

Very easy to work with. Quick with call backs if I had any questions and made sure I was up to date on everything that was happening within my case. Hope I don't have to use an attorney again but if I do would use them in a heartbeat.

I thought the commercials about insurance companies low balling we're just a ploy to get business but it turned out that I really did need McDivitt to get the insurance company to compensate me for my accident
