I highly recommend McDivitt for any type of workplace injury. They handled my case from start to finish. I didn't have to fight with any insurance company personnel, Amanda Garcia was viscous in her fight to get what I deserved.

My daughter's husband was killed in a car accident involving a driver who was under the influence of alcohol. We turned to McDivitt Law firm to help us during this time of tragedy for our family. Attorney Stephen Longo was assigned to our case. He was kind, compassionate and worked with the insurance companies when we were emotionally not able to do so. He certainly was able to get a better settlement for my daughter than we would have gotten on our own. I highly recommend both Stephen Longo and the McDivitt Law Firm.

They dropped my case the week before the court date. They thought that there was a chance that they couldn't win the case so they left me hanging at the last minute. Don't trust that they won't do the same to you......ya ya ya they won't charge you unless you win your case, but they have no problem dropping you as a client either.
