I had McDivitt as my legal aid for my disability years ago and I ended up doing all the leg work. :( They did win my case so I wanted to get them to help my husband recently with his case, it took them 3 weeks to get back with us to inform us they no longer take SSDI cases. I had hoped they had changed for the better. I was wrong.

Great lawyers.

Not bad. They handle 99% of the stuff so i didnt need to go around collecting paperwork, they did it. The case managers are amazing and keep in contact with you. My case lasted 5 years. Unfortunately, when it came time to either settle for pennys or go to court, they decided the case wasnt strong enough for court...after having me spend 20k on experts. If u need a lawyer go with mcdivitt. If you have soft tissue damage and a harder case, go with frank azar. To quote mike mcdivitt "its not about what you deservd. Its about what we can get, and i only like to gamble on horses."
