Mike Allen represented me in a case against my ex husband. First, I want to say that Mike was very easy to talk to. Opening up to a complete stranger is never easy to do, but Mike was very caring! Mike, Tabitha, and Ashton were always prompt to respond to any phone calls or emails I had! I don't think even a full hour would pass before hearing back from them. Mike was always early for every hearing we had. I normally try to arrive 30 minutes before and Mike was normally there waiting or arriving at the same time as myself. He has a big presence in the courtroom amd isn't afraid to flaunt his knowledge of the law. Honestly I was just one of his many cases but I always felt like I was a priority. Mike is an amazing attorney and is definitely one of the best in the springs. He has amazing paralegals as well who work just as hard as him for the clients. I never felt like I was forgotten, or just a number! I would give Mr. Allen 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our daughter was represented by Attorney Allen in a messy child custody and domestic violence protection case. Mr. Allen was professional, kind and very responsive. His staff was always friendly, compassionate and ready and available to answer questions or help manage a complex case that involved two different states and numerous frustrations. There was a very favorable outcome on behalf of my daughter and grandchildren and we feel very pleased. We hope to be able to rest a bit easier now, and can move into long term healing for both our daughter and grandchildren. Where to begin! After a very long journey that began with what seemed like an arduous task, we were finally able to locate and recover my boyfriend's son after being taken out of the state illegally for the better part of a year. We started the case off with another attorney that worked at this firm and were currently in the process of attempting to find a second opinion since we did not agree with a lot of what was done up to that point. However, someone was obviously looking out for us since we received the news that this attorney was no longer with the firm and we were able to either choose to stay with Chelsea and Mike, or we could cut ties and find a new attorney. Thankfully, we chose to stay, and we have not regretted that decision since. Chelsea has proven to be a fantastic lawyer who had no issues becoming quickly acquainted with the already challenging and emotionally charged case put at her feet and coming up with a game plan to help get his son back home as quickly as possible... as well as keep him there afterward. The former attorney I mentioned had a habit of making us feel as though we were bothersome whenever we would ask questions to clarify something, though it was obvious that he either wasn't very knowledgeable or well-versed in this complicated of a case (to which the judge refers to the situation as "not unprecedented [but definitely] a very rare occurrence") or because he was just overloaded and too busy to really be invested in any one case, let alone multiples? I can speculate all day, but in the end, the main point is that it always made us feel uneasy and in the dark... but Chelsea never once made us feel as though we were just another case to her. Quite the opposite -- it was obvious that she was invested in the case, which was part of the reason that we never once doubted her decisions for court. And if results matter just as much to anyone reading these reviews, she was able to dominate the court room and we received (almost) what he wanted with a step-up parenting plan with a few months of supervised visits, and then 19k in attorneys fees awarded shortly after. I don't want to forget to mention the rest of the team that works closely with the attorneys... Tabitha was absolutely phenomenal for communicating with and making sure that correspondences, dates, invoices, etc were kept up with. She and the other girls in the office are all superstars! If your case is complicated with a lot of moving parts, this would be the firm you want. Thank you all so much!!!
