Jason and his team at Brighter Day Law have been extremely helpful with this process. Anytime I had questions I had a response quickly, along with them educating me and keeping me updated throughout the process. The entire team from the front desk, to billing, to paralegals, to the attorney all were very hands on and well adapted to deal with any circumstances that came up. I was referred to this form by a friend who was verey happy with their representation. Although Sydney couldn't represent me (I waited to long into my case to change lawyers and it was my fault), I highly recommend this firm. The few weeks we had talked she did more for me than the counsel I wanted off my case. They did a formal intake and asked real questions you could tell they were taking notes on. Very professional and the representation one should have when paying for attorney. I would definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

When I first called the first couple ladies I talked to where very nice. I was set up for meeting with the head lawyer and we met and he listened and gave some advice, although I don’t feel like I was able to say much for him to understand my case. He said they would call me once they finished looking over my case and I have heard nothing from them. To me that feels very unprofessional. I know my case is difficult and I didn’t expect them to take it, but to say they will be in contact and then never reach out is very disappointing. I’m sure they are a good law firm for the cases the care about but obviously mines wasn’t one of them.
