Brad Laybourne worked tirelessly on my case for almost 3 years. This being my first time needing a lawyer, I started by researching where he went to school. Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. My experience with Quality Legal was superb. I was in a car accident, and the coverage limits did not cover my injuries. They were able to make it so I did not have to pay back my health insurance because I was not in any way fully compensated for my injuries because of the car insurance running out. As a matter of fact, I was not even aware that I had an obligation to pay back my health insurance in the first place, let alone how to avoid it. At any rate, this led to me actually putting a good chunk of money in my pocket. Mr. Laybourne even reduced his fee to help me out. I can't thank them enough!

Mr. Laybourne recovered much more than I was expecting after my motorcycle accident. He even got my own insurance company to pay for a lot of my pain and suffering after the other driver's insurance ran out.

When I was slapped with an unfounded charge of domestic violence harassment over an incident with an ex-boyfriend and the Manitou Springs Police Department I was angry, scared, and confused. Brad took my case and informed me of all the ways it could play out while assuring me of his competence in this specific area of law. He let me know straight away about all of the tools we had at our disposal to prove my story and come to a reasonable outcome in the situation. He treated me as someone capable of understanding the process instead of simplifying things to an elementary level of, "don't worry about it". Ultimately, my case was dropped at my first court appearance. I am not sure if this is because the "victim" did not show up, the DA didn't have any evidence, or it was something Brad himself had fought for in his conversation with them. Regardless, not only did he stick around through the entire process but he also refunded my father the full amount paid and advised me on the steps I can take in the coming months to have this accusation sealed from my public record. He is friendly, personable, professional and clearly has a a tight grip on his profession and knowledge of the law. I will definitely hire him again when it is time to seal this from my record, as well as for any other legal proceedings in my future.

I agree with what the other reviewer said about how he looks young. But don't let this fool you. Mr. Laybourne shows a quiet confidence that leaves him totally in control in the courtroom. He was always prepared and always brilliant. Best of all, he kept me prepared throughout the process. I was pleased with my settlement and pleased with the way Mr. Laybourne cared deeply about me and my case.

I was t-boned on my motorcycle by a semi. I was lucky to live, but my life without being able to work and with medical bills piling up was not great. I hired Mr. Laybourne, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Their insurance company played hardball, first saying the accident was my fault and then later saying I was faking my injuries, which was ridiculous. However, Mr. Laybourne was a real fighter in court, and their silly arguments went nowhere. In fact, he was able to use it against them! He's brilliant, but I am warning you he does look really young. Don't let this throw you off because this is just how he looks. I was worried at first, but he actually has a lot of experience and has been doing this a long time. He's also wise beyond his years.

I was treated unfairly by the police, but Mr. Laybourne made it right by convincing the jury at trial that I was not guilty of the charges. I was upset that I had to endure the time and stress of dealing with my dui charges, but I was lucky I found the right lawyer to restore justice to my situation. I recommend Mr. Laybourne a criminal defense attorney, but also as a human being. I could tell he really cared about me!
