Cory is a surgeon in the court room. His ability to dissect all of the facts, keep all parties on track, and his exemplary attention to detail are top notch. He cares about the case at hand, tries his best to negotiate and reason with the opposing party and keeps everything relevant to the case.

You will struggle to find a better law firm than Aviso in Colorado Springs. They are exceptionally prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are the only law office that I will be using in the future, and the only one I will recommend to family and friends. Kyra is an absolute ace, and I am incredibly grateful for her approach. This is hands down the best law firm in Colorado Springs. I had an extremely difficult case in my divorce. Cory and Kristie as an attorney/paralegal team really helped me in every aspect of my case and they are unmatched. After one brief consultation (I had consultations with 3 other law firms), I knew I needed to retain them. Kristie is well organized and energetic with everything she does, and truly displays an interest in anybody she works with. Cory has been doing this for over 15 years and it shows. He asks all the right questions and makes sure there is a full understanding of possible issues with his client's cases. All the while, he genuinely listens and makes sure all points are heard and considered. As a team they absolutely ensured the best possible outcome of my case and made sure all deadlines and mutual agreements were met. There is no other law firm I would trust in any future endeavors in my life. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work and dedication towards me and my daughter in this case. Top of the line in personability, organization, and knowledge in their field and there is no question in their dedication to helping anybody that retains them.

I ended up not needing representation. However, Ryan Coward was absolutely amazing to work with. I talked to 8 different criminal defense attorneys and he easily stood out from the rest. -Excellent communication. -Friendly and personable. -Fair and flexible with the circumstances. My only room for improvement is that Aviso consider using Google Drive. In my opinion, it’s more user friendly than WeTransfer.

I cannot express in words how valuable Ryan was throughout my entire legal journey. We worked together for over a year and the entire time he kept me informed, prepared, and helped manage my expectations in a very healthy way. He turned around a wrongful arrest (with multiple felony charges), and one of the worst years of my life has been closed out with no charges, a clean record, and a new lease on life.
