I ended up negotiating a better deal with my ex's lawyer than my lawyer was trying to get me. I found out after the decree that my ex-wife's lawyer out maneuvered my lawyer which gave my ex-wife the best outcome. I was told inaccurate information, and my lawyer didn't put in the due diligence that I would have expected - didn't manage risk or weigh trade-offs well. Maybe 2 hours of face-to-face meetings and the rest of the time was working with his paralegal. $6,000+ later, I'm paying the price.

I originally called Cory for help in a court case regarding parenting times. He was upfront with me from the start and told me his thoughts on my case as well as his perceived outcome. I chose Cory as my lawyer and from that day on he listened to all of my concerns and I felt as though he genuinely cared. After processing all of the complexities and details of my situation, Cory was able to unfold a realistic and logical plan in the days leading up to trial. His strategic approach helped me organize and prioritize my thoughts so I could go through this emotional experience with a clear sense of direction. During trial his knowledge of the law proved to be a winning factor as well as his understanding of the case. I recommend Cory as a lawyer. He is exactly the type of person you want on your team when you’re faced with this kind of conflict. I’ve dealt with lawyers for over a decade now and I can honestly say Cory is one of the best. I am very fortunate that he was willing to help me through this difficult time.

I could not be more disappointed with the service provided by this law firm. I was told financial not to worry about spending a lot and that I would be worked with. That was a complete lie. The first two months was great, then on the 3rd month attitudes started to change. I felt like I was working for my lawyer, not the other way around. The last two month I felt like they only talked to me because they had too. I do not have a lot of money, that statement was relayed multiple times and I was told the amount should not exceed to far past the retainer. The amount was not mitigated as much as possible but I felt like it was encouraged internally to apply charges to anything and everything (emails, phone calls etc.). Yes, this is normal, but I was told “they would limit the overall financial amount as much as possible”. I was not represented well either. It was a one ended divorce, it literally was as if the lawyer bent over backwards for my prior spouses lawyer during every conversation. I feel as if I was more financially set, maybe the lawyer would have helped more. I was in the backseat of my car letting a stranger drive and we crashed hard. I will not speak about the rest of the firm, but do not go to Elizabeth. I have heard great things about the team. But for me, I have been left in complete financial ruin because I trusted when I shouldn’t have. Also, when it comes close to a holiday (specifically Christmas) great deals to pay of your debt to them will be made. When your the lowest on money and have a family. I made my final payment last night to this firm. Honestly, they owe me money.

Talked with Elizabeth today on the phone regarding a domestic partnership issue. She was very helpful and I appreciate the ten minutes of her time she gave to answer a few simple questions. If I need a lawyer in the future I will be contacting Aviso.

I had two terrible divorce lawyers before finding Cory Tuck. After having a phone interview with him, I was convinced that he is the lawyer I was always hoping to have. I hired Cory! My life and my divorce situation improved instantly. Cory is very honest, hardworking and, most importantly, gets results! He is also very professional and confident: he stands up in front of the judge and states your arguments in a logical and assertive manner. He won both of my recent cases: Contempt of Court and Motion to Modify Spousal Maintenance. Cory focuses and knows what’s important to win your case. He takes charge of the situation and avoids getting intimidated by the other party. His office staff is friendly and communicates clearly, and quickly. Cory is also a trial lawyer - this is the type of lawyer you want presenting evidence to the judge and crossing your ex on the stand. I highly recommend Cory Tuck of Aviso Law!!!

My husband and I were highly disappointed with this firm. Absolutely a waste of money. Cory was of no help whatsoever. His attitude from the very beginning should have been a warning. We ended up hiring Cory only to spend more than double what he quoted in the beginning, and to have absolutely no resolution. He handled our custody case- again do not go with this office if you dealing with a custody battle- and worked on this for about 6-7 months and still did not even know the childs name, age, anything about the case AFTER multiple phone calls, emails, mediation, ETC. His lack of professionalism, care for the client, and lack of aggression with his cases are not what you would expect from an attorney. Cory will over talk you and will not listen to you if you have any other opinion that differs from his. If something doesn't go his way, he will not meet his clients in the middle- he will just ignore you and stick to his own agenda. If you want to go into court with a submissive attorney that will not fight for you, Cory is your man. That is what happened to us. He didn't fight for us or even try and pretend like he cared what happened to our case. He had his money, and that is all that he cared about. If you want to make lead way and win a case- go anywhere but Aviso Law. It really is sad to put your trust in a person with your child, the most special thing you will ever have- and just be treated like your case means nothing.

Cory and Rheanna I can't even begin ot thank you and your team for all the hard work you all have done for me. Going through one of the most difficult time in my life. I know I had made the right choice in having you represent me. I believe you and your team are by far one of the best in Colorado Springs.

Cory and Amy were the best team I could have asked for. Cory always kept me grounded and told me things without sugar coating, he anticipated every move my petty ex would make and helped me every step of the way. He made me feel very confident that by the time we went to court I felt like a pro. Amy was great also and always answered all my questions and was on top of my case. They make a great team and I'm very grateful they made an awful situation a bit more tolerable.
