We unfortunately needed legal assistance for mistakes made by our son. After searching and asking around for a good lawyer we found The Law Offices of Andrew Bryant. Andrew was phenomenal and worked hard to get the charges dropped in my son's case and we are so relieved and grateful for the help of these excellent lawyers.

My name is Rachel Newton. In January 2024 I hired Heather Atkinson to represent me in my child custody case. Heather and Donna (paralegal) were wonderful representation. I knew they cared about myself and my case. Opposing council, representing the other party, was Greg Maceau. In about August 2024, Heather contacted me to let me know that Mr. Maceau would be moving over to Andrew Bryant’s law firm, and that it would be ok because there would be a “Chinese wall” implemented so Mr. Maceau would not have access to my case. My trial was set for October 2024, and two days prior to trial, Ms. Atkinson was disqualified as representing me as my lawyer because Andrew Bryant had hired Mr. Maceau to his law firm. Andrew Bryant and Mr. Maceau had told Ms. Atkinson this was ok, but upon reviewing rule, did not obtain the other party’s signature saying it was ok for Ms. Atkinson to continue to represent me after Mr. Maceau moved to the law firm. Ms. Atkinson called to apologize about the situation, and I had to find and retain a new lawyer, my trial date canceled and postponed. Obviously this was very distressing after already waiting for 10 months to go to trial, and spending a lot of money and time. Andrew Bryant could have waited two months to hire Mr. Maceau. He could have notified me that I needed to find a new lawyer prior to paying his lawyers to prep for my trial. Andrew Bryant never called me, tried to remediate the situation, or provide me assistance, even though this occurred because of his negligence and oversight. All I got was an invoice for $5k for my attorney and paralegal prepping for trial, and then turned around and had to pay another $5k retainer to hire a new attorney. Not to mention the lawyer fees that have accrued for the new lawyer to set a new trial date, have a new status conference hearing, prep for trial, etc. etc. While I would always recommend Heather and Donna as representation, I do not think it is the best idea to hire Andrew Bryant as your representing law firm. It might just cost you an extra $15k to your lawyer fees.

Andrew and Bailey were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and I am incredibly grateful. I definitely recommend them to everyone and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Andrew Bryant in my custody case. From the start, it was clear that his focus was more on padding hours than on delivering results. He missed critical deadlines, including one to file paperwork, which led to my son starting the new school year with his mom due to his lack of effort. He also suggested we hire a Child Family Investigator (CFI), but when the CFI didn’t do her job, Andrew did nothing to hold her accountable. Instead, he acted like she was the one paying him, not me, and treated her with more respect than he did me. In our meetings, he was unprofessional, often distracted by side conversations and emails instead of paying attention to my case. Later, I found out through his paralegal that he was padding hours to make more money off of me. I eventually had enough and fired him, requesting a refund for the work he didn’t do. He refused to give me back my money. I then hired Kyle Getchey, who immediately took charge of the case, challenged the CFI’s work, and got the judge to order her to redo her investigation. Thanks to Kyle’s diligence, I was granted full custody of my son. Andrew Bryant was a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise against hiring him for any legal matters in Colorado Springs. I have every document to show this to be true.

I had an excellent experience with The Law Office of Andrew Bryant. They responded promptly, reviewed my divorce agreement, and explained what I needed to know clearly at a reasonable price. Their expertise and professionalism made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. Highly recommend!

Great communication great legal team can get u out if a sticky situation i'd definitely call them again (hopefully i stay out of trouble overall) you won't regret choosing The Law Office of Andrew Bryant!

highly recommend The Law Office of Andrew Bryant. I was represented for a very personal matter involving my children. I was very supported throughout the process by her as well as the team at The Law Office of Andrew Bryant. There services were sensitive to my feelings and my needs as well as very thorough. Matters were handled quickly and my questions were answered as I had them throughout the process. I was offered other services through their office, to help protect my family and my assets, but was never pressured into making any decisions or commitments without being educated.

I am so beyond grateful for Catherine Ford and her paralegal Tiffany Miranda. I lived in Aurora when I went to see Andrew and told him my case. He said Catherine would fight for me, and she did!! I moved to Texas while trying to navigate my case in Colorado and Catherine and Tiffany were with me the whole way. Catherine fought for me and my kids safety and really shined in court, especially when it came to cross examination. Thank you so much protecting us!
