The reason I chose Tim Lowry is he is a expert lawyer and professor, I was getting no where with the VA and was at the end of my rope. I have read all the reviews and I agree 100% Tim is a miracle worker , I have never met a man who is more dedicated helping American disabled veterans! Been dealing with the VA since 2000. Three other law firms could not help me, but Tim said he could. He worked hard and fought hard for me and didn't let the VA push him around. Tim Franklin is a strong advocate for veterans! Before I hired Tim, approximately 15 years ago, I was stuck in government red tape and denials. The VA keep see-sawing my disability rating. I was frustrated and wanted to quit fighting. Tim helped me get my PTSD rating at 70%. He kept fighting and my total disability is now at 90% with unemployability. Tim is not done yet. We currently will be in the highest VA hearing for backdate and other disabilities I am experiencing. Tim is very knowledgeable of the VA system and how to navigate through their own delays. He does not give up until he has exhausted all legal avenues. He is a bulldog, and never gives up. Tim's efforts and support have helped me from homelessness to potential suicide.
