I worked with Tim as a law student. He was great to learn from and did a lot to secure benefits for veterans via CAVC cases.

I'm an attorney in Colorado Springs and a Veteran. I was able to train under Tim at the Veterans Advocacy Project at the University of Denver. He was an excellent attorney and professor and is the best Veterans Law Attorney in the State in my opinion. If you have a Veterans Law issue he will at the very least be able to point you in the right direction. Before anyone else I would give Lowry Veterans Law a call. 10 out 10 - quick response time, online portal to view your case and sign documents. I was able to get TDUI through the VA after they denied me. We literally used the same evidence as when I initially applied by myself; however, after hiring this law firm I was approved and received back pay. Law firm fees were easy to pay through the online portal as well. I highly recommend this law firm for any veteran who is seeking positive results.

I initially applied for service connection as soon as I was discharged in 1997, and I was denied. Heart broken that my country abandoned me I gave up. Unknown to me I was suffering from many conditions due to my military service. It wasn't, until after years of struggling in life, I was homeless, on drugs, broke, unemployed (again), sick and alone. The VA finally hospitalized and diagnosed me in 2014. I applied again for service connection and guess what? I was denied again. So, I got a lawyer, Timothy Franklin with Lowry Veteran Law and because he took a chance on me I received back pay for numerous years of suffering and a combined pension totaling more than I ever imagined.
