I was forced into a frivolous law suit in which the plaintiff was gunning for punitive damages, when it was a simple contract dispute. David and his team presented my case with high competence, they were quick to grasp the facts, and agile at court proceeding. His court room demeanors were professional , courteous, yet effective and powerful. His presentation was concise and punchy! If you must go to trial, he is the best trial lawyer in Colorado Springs.

David and his team did a wonderful job on my criminal case. His office staff is very supportive, professional, and on top of every detail. They responded to my questions with a quick response. We consulted with Mr. McConkie on a civil matter where some funds were misappropriated prior to a breakup.
