If I could leave more stars, I would. I worked with Matt Striegel out of the Pueblo office and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. My case took about a year from start to finish, and Matt had more patience and understanding throughout the entire process. He was very professional, prompt, courteous and patient. I feel like he fought for me and in the end got me everything I deserved and more. Not only Matt deserves more stars, but his entire office staff does as well. They were very diligent, friendly, and on top of everything in a very timely manner. I was able to cover my medical expenses and on top of that, had enough left over to work on starting up my own business. I would highly recommend Matt to take on a workers compensation case. I almost feel like I was family during the entire process. That says a lot in this day and age. I am hoping I never have to go through this again, but if I do... I know who to call! Thank you- Thank you- Thank you Heuser and Heuser!!!!

My experience with this firm leads me to believe they truly don't value every client. Although I was injured at work and my employer refused to communicate with me, they felt I wasn't entitled to compensation for lost wages. I rarely recieved communication from them, and they made no attempt to compensate my mental disability. I honestly just feel humiliated at this point, realizing that my situation isn't a large settlement so they just didn't pursue justice. I got clearance to work but Brendan Hueser informed me that because I haven't talked to Colorado disability yet, I've no claim for damages. This was despite doctors providing proof that my spine has been disfigured. I really am ashamed of myself for trusting this company and I feel like my life will never be the same despite seeking legal help and being fired for it. I'm mortified and have no trust for attorneys now..

I had the pleasure and was lucky to have Gorden Heuser and his team assist me through a difficult time. I was able to focus on healing while there team took care of all of the insurance/medical/legal aspect. I was always in the loop on where the case was. The staff was very friendly, and helpful.
