This firm is not here to help. I started a case with them in July of 2017. As of today they have not made effort to stay in contact. It is impossible to reach your attorney and they have a revolving door for their staff. I have had to make contact with them over and over. It has been 6 months since I've been able to reach Doug Price my attorney. You never can speak with the Heuser brothers. My last interaction was scheduled a meeting to see Mr. Price had a 3 week wait. That was fine at least I could possibly find out what was going on ... The day finally came for a 1pm meeting however we received a snow storm the night before and I called them at 9:30am and asked for a telephone meeting instead as I hoping to not drive up from Pueblo on slick roads. When I spoke to them and asked if it would be possible and was told by Mr. Prices associate that would be fine. 12:50 came and I prepared for the meeting with all my documents. Then by 1:20 still hadn't heard from them so I called in to let them know we did not connect. The receptionist began to scold me saying "you were supposed to be here at 1pm. It's written here in the notes." I let them know how I called in and and discussed it earlier and was put back on hold for 10 minutes while they checked. When they came back I was told okay I'll let your attorney know. I asked okay what's next? She said well be in touch. I a told her please do I'd very frustrated." Today received a letter saying I was rude to their staff and I better hurry and get another lawyer cause after 3 years you cannot do anything. In summary they will give you the runaround. Not communicate You will have to keep on them to get any results. You will explain your case over and over to their new staff every time you call. Call someone else!! You'll be glad you did.

Doug Price did an amazing job working on my case. Car accident from 2017 resolved quickly and efficiently. Always kept in the loop, everyone, down to the receptionists were straightforward and nice. 10/10 if I get hit again, I'm coming here. Thank you.
