My husband and I were in a minor accident that ended up causing us a lot of physical trauma and eventually my need for spinal surgery. At first I didn't want to go through an attorney, but soon found out that the process with going through insurance companies on our own was not a smart choice. We decided to call Heuser and Heuser because they were highly recommended for being quick and very helpful. Ben Gifford and his paralegal Janis Kerwin handled our cases and they did not disappoint us. We could not have gotten through it without them and Janis stayed consistently on top of everything, keeping us in the loop and returned my calls when I needed anything. Ben is an excellent negotiator and our settlements were very fair and more than we had even anticipated! They did not take their time working on our case and settled it quickly without it having to go to court, which was what we wanted. I have nothing but positive things to say about them as a team and the rest of the staff was always curtious and friendly. I hope we will never need to hire them again, but if we do, they will be the first we will call and we will always recommend them to anyone who needs a competent team to ge them through a difficult time!

A few months back I was walking north on Weber Street when i noticed two employees leaving the Weber Street liquor store around 11:30 maybe 11:45. struck me as odd why two would need to go at what i assumed could be their lunch break.
