They had excellent communication and explained the work comp claim process every step of the way as well as what to expect. Matt was able to light a fire under the claims adjuster to make sure that my medical appointments and treatments were approved and scheduled much faster than before I hired Heuser & Heuser. The only thing I would change about my experience would be to have hired them sooner. You will not be treated fairly in a workman's compensation claim without an attorney so if you need an attorney I recommend Heuser & Heuser 100%.
