Finding my first lawyer as a young adult was very intimidating. James Newby made my experience completely stress free with his excellent service and representation. James offered a professional and affordable service that other lawyers with less experience couldn't come close to matching. James Newby was hired on my behalf to fight a liquor sales violation. I am currently on probation, so anything other than a complete dismissal would have been a violation of my probation. He is extremely professional and successfully got my case dismissed with no hastle to myself. I have and will continue to recommend James Newby to all of my family and friends.

Have just retained James Newby and he called me immediately when needed an attorney in Colorado. Was even weekend. For I live in Montana. Am an RN for 30yrs. Never been charged for a parking ticket. James is very understanding and helpful when it concerns a client. He goes out his way to make sure everything is completed early before trial, and make sure everything is broken down to you and in depth. He's not out to hurt you He out to help you win your case. I met with Mr. Newby on a Monday for a consultation after e-mailing back and forth on the day prior. After gathering more information he quickly realized that he would not be able to assist me with my issue, got on the phone and within minutes I was in another lawyers office. I have never had a legal issue ever!! Did not know where to turn, came across Mr. Newby's name called on a Monday morning and literally had an in office meet and greet that evening and I was even late finding his office (he waited patiently).. Mr. Newby took the time to review my case, took me on as a client even after I had told him I had several other appts with other lawyers as I weighed out my options of whom could handle my situation best, all which were astronomical beyond my financial means (Mr. Newby did the exact same job with reasonable rates)!!!! I was extremely satisfied with my outcome, Mr. Newby was available to me anytime I had a question by email, text or phone call, and still is available for questions I may have even though my case has ended. James was fantastic, I called him on a Monday and he saw me the following morning. He was very up front and honest about my options and my odds of success.
