Jeff was absolutely wonderful. He listened to my case and I never once felt judged. He helped me through the process he was there for court and speedy with return calls or emails. I do not feel there is anything he could have done to make this process smoother he is friendly and has fantastic professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The secretary answered the phone I asked a general question, Inquiring about information for a case. She proceeded to tell me 'I am not an attorney" DUH you are not an attorney but that doesn't mean you don't know a little about the PRACTICE YOU REPRESENT. You proceeded to tell me NO ONE gives free consultations in this area, and that I can go somewhere else. If I was the owner of this business and I was passing on clientele, I WOULD FIRE YOUR RECEPTIONIST seeing as she as no will to want to work with anyone or do anything with her job! If I could rate their service LESS I would. IT STARTS WITH THE INITIAL PHONE CALL!!!! IDIOT!
