Kelly handled my very high conflict divorce. Not only was she personable, but she shines in the court room, even via zoom! Her office was all professional and very responsive. I felt she really fought for me and my kids. She had my back like a family member would. She knew my case inside and out and was well prepared! She was my lawyer and my cheerleader. She was well worth the money and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a high conflict divorce.

Ezra Hurwitz and Jess Strong represented us in a challenging dhs custody case. Their diligence, professionalism, sincerity, and knowledge of the law made it possible for us to come out on top and quite probably saved the life of our little kiddo. Ezra and Jess are both extremely personable and always went out or their way to make sure we were well informed of our options as the case progressed. Ezra is the best professional communicator I've ever worked with, bar none. His response time on phone messages and/or emails is insane! If he ever happened to not be available, Jess would respond almost immediately, in his stead. I don't doubt that the outcome of our case might have been tragically different if we hadn't had this amazing team in our corner. Poor communications: Public defender gives Jennifer Knies at Black and Grahm. She is not there. Your website lists a wrong phone number. You have given me two email addresses, neither works. No thank you

Kelly McPherson helped me through a complicated child support modification. She was the first lawyer, of several that I have worked with over the years, to uncover the inconsistencies, untruths and missing information that have been presented over & over by the opposing party. Her investigative skills, knowledge of the law and dedication to helping her clients is like none other. She and her amazing staff, to include her paralegal, Stephanie Steiner are the reason we not only succeeded in the modification requests but also proved the other party to be voluntarily unemployed. I will be forever grateful to her and her team!

Ezra Hurwitz represented me and Jess Strong was the paralegal. Both were extremely responsive to email and phone calls. I would often reply after business hours and on weekends. Most of the time I would get a response within an hour or two and not have to wait until business hours. Ezra is very clear in his communication, he lays out options and likelihood of success, and when you pick a direction to go, he executes very well. He doesn't act like a jerk to opposing counsel for the sake of being a jerk, but when the other lawyer tries to manipulate the situation, he calls them out on it and represents your interests extremely well. He has been very helpful in a DHS case and knows some resources that will help you live a better life as well as help influence the courts decisions in your favor. He neither relishes going to court nor is afraid of it and will not push for a settlement that may not be in your best interest for the sake of a settlement. I never got the impression that he tried to build up billable hours. Just good solid representation and advice. He offers a discounted rate for military as well. It won't be cheap no matter what, but I absolutely feel like I got great representation for my money.

After speaking with Ezra I couldn't be more uplifted towards a greater outcome for my family. Not only was he able to put the pieces together however he was able to provide honest solutions while renewing our faith in the family court system.
