I had several meetings with other immigration attorneys regarding my application for citizenship. None of them answered my questions but Mr. Deere did. He was very helpful. He also provided expert testimony in court at the request of another attorney who was helping me to set aside a plea in a criminal case that I had entered into several years ago in violation of my right to effective assistance of counsel. I was able to set aside my plea and got all charges dismissed thanks to Mr. Deere. He really knows immigration law. I highly recommend his services. My family and I pray for him and his family and wish them health , blessing, and peace .

Mr. Deere was so great to work with. He offered honest feedback to my case and helped me explore my options with great openness. He wasn't trying to just make money, he was trying to help me find what works best for me and my family. In the end Mr Deere recommended that we go a different route than we had thought and that worked out fantastically for my family. The initial consultation was thorough, and he remained completely focused on obtaining information to articulate an effective argument. Josh wrote a concise, well-crafted letter to the individual. The letter was long enough to make a compelling argument, but brief and to the point. We never had to visit a courtroom. The letter was enough to obtain our goal. Josh Deere is sharp, focused, and effective in his profession.

After a consultation at the law firm where Josh was employed, he agreed to take my case on a pro bono basis. Even though Josh moved to Colorado shortly afterward, he continued working with me. He did phone and email investigation from Colorado and eventually got the person who owed me a large sum of money to sign an agreement.
