Terrible case management. Used a one tool fits all approach. Sometimes cases are not meant to be negotiated although it’s great if it can be. Will let other side steam roll you and urge you to give up all documents while refusing to get the same from the other side and charge as if she is fighting for you. Avoid.

Divorce is a horrible time. Lisa Dailey and her team, however, helped take all the pressure off the management of the procedural detail such that I was able to focus on managing the rest of the personal crisis without having to worry about trying to become a legal expert. Lisa came highly recommended by other lawyers which is great, but the reason I hired her was I wanted someone who could help me work out a situation I could live with when it was done--not someone who would stir up extra drama and bitterness, but someone who would be fair, reasoned, on-top-of-things.
