I went in to the appointment with Mr. Shaw, and was a nervous wreck. I knew in my heart I had a great case, but just the stress of knowing someone out there wants to sue is very stressful. I told Mr. Shaw my problem, presented all my facts with evidence. He explained exactly what was going to happen, and gave me an informed choice to make. I told him what I wanted to happen and he told me his plan. Mr. Shaw assured me that things were going to work out and that I did in fact have a strong case. With in just a few days, I was informed that the suite had been dropped and in fact was getting 100% of my deposits back on the property in question. I can not express what an extraordinary experience Mr. Shaw provided for me. I highly recommend that if anyone has a situation in real-estate matters Mr. Shaw will always get my referral. M. Oliver Shaw is professional, very organized, and thinks ahead of the game. He answered all of our questions and even answered questions we didn't think to ask!
