From the very beginning, the staff were understanding, maintained communication, kept me updated, easily to get ahold of and took the pressures of dealing with all the moving parts so I did not have to. It gave me peace if mind to focus on my daily activities without the added stress. Thank you

Wasn't helpful with my car accident. Mist have felt they couldn't get enough money and just passed me onto a Denver based attorney office.

I've called twice in two weeks to inquire about them representing me. Both times I left my contact information and I was told I'd be called back soon. I never received a call, email, anything. If they aren't interested in representing someone you'd think they'd be professional enough to let them know, but instead they choose to just blow you off. It seems, from what I've been seeing in the reviews, if your case won't generate enough income for these greedy shysters then you don't earn their time of day. I've seen their many bad reviews and after my experience I'd recommend trying a different firm that will at least give you the courtesy of a call.

My experience with the Franklin D. Azar & Associates firm was a very pleasant one! My case took a long time due to medical procedures, therapy and the healing process. My first and only auto accident leaves my car totaled, minor to moderate injuries, months of physical therapy and an immediate sense of personal sacrifice. Never one to procrastinate, and trusting my gut, I used my faith and intuition. I called Franklin D. Azar, and Associates. Billboards, radio and television ads, print and word of mouth have exposed us all to the 'big guy / strong arm / we'll work for you' extravaganza. Why not, I said, and made the call. I was immediately met with an array of professionals that were courteous, friendly, and focused on my situation and willing to listen to my initial thoughts, questions and concerns. If you look at the name of the business, there is a word that many take for granted in any title; 'Associates'. The councilor-at-law that I was paired with couldn't have been more seasoned, skillful, or adept at listening to me while coaching me as to my role in the process. More importantly, I was taught to be patient, while witnessing his success as not just a provider, but teacher as well. My settlement was just and respectable, culminating with meeting more of the staff; them helping in other related positions of importance to the case. I will remain a proponent and advocate, of Azar and his Associates!

On November 14, 2022 I was helping one of my favorite customers they wanted an item off a top shelf which needed me to get the 9 ft ladder which happened to to be on the floor right next to the register desk which really should had been in the back room not on the floor. I also wasn’t aware that the ladder 🪜 was broken before claiming up on the ladder. I fell off the 9 ft ladder causing serious injures to my lower back and spine. After fighting with Workmen Compensation for two months and getting no where with them I decided that I needed an Attorney to help me. I did call three Law Firms with no returned calls so I saw an ad on the TV about Franklin D. Azar & Associates, P.C. it was at that point I decided to give them a call and right away I received a returned call from them. I talked and worked with one attorney who was simply great but they retired and they turned me over to Attorney Bob Turner and he made me feel like one of his family. He told me not to worry, that he was going to take care of things, and he did. He promised me from the first time I saw him, he told me that if I was ready to fight, he was ready to fight for me. Franklin D. Azar has a great team! Along with Attorney Turner and Joanna they are respectful, caring and very informative. Throughout my case, they kept me up to date. I really appreciate the time and attention they took to take care of me. Attorney Turner and his Assistant Joanna both gave me hope. They didn't do anything for me, I was hit by car, I was on a ezip scooter. I lost my left thumb, and had a broken collar bone. I called them, they had me go to a bunch of specialist and therapy, then I get a letter saying they ain't representing me. Reasons why is on second page, except the second page was the same as the first page. So no explanation as to why nothing. So I just ended up with a bunch of extra bills I couldn't afford. Probably would of got a better outcome if I called someone else.
