This was absolutely the most amazing experience. Anne is very knowledgeable, professional, and made this experience very simple and effortless for me. I highly recommend using this office as they literally handle everything regarding the case. I was able to get the best care, get prompt service, and had everything explained to me the entire way so that I was always updated and aware of what was going on and what to expect. Initially I felt that the doctors were not listening to me and that I was not being taken seriously. I explained my concerns to Anna and I was referred to another physician who was able to identify the source of my pain and what options were available. They don't help in cases where other driver is uninsured despite what their commercials say!!! My Mom was hit by driver who we cannot find any insurance for, and this lawyer said they can't do anything unless they can go after the other insurance company (wouldn't uninsured mean there is no other insurance company??? duh!!!) Was not happy with them...

Our experience was great. From the start, Tanya, was extremely helpful and professional. Through the whole process she made everything very easy and streamline. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to handle our case. Obviously repeat business is a double edged sword but if we ever need an accident lawyer again, there is no one else I would recommend more than Fank Azar and Associates.

I have never dealt with such rude people ever. Case manager very rude, not helpful, acted as if I was getting in the way. I am a business owner here in town, and the times I have to call Azar and Associates always makes me want to put it off. I would not do business with these people if my life depended on it.
