My wife and I were in the right lane on Austin Bluffs Pkwy and were hit by a tractor trailer turning from the center lane. He turned right into us and was ticketed and clearly at fault. Our car was totaled and we were both injured but because it wasn't real serious injuries Azar's office wouldn't take the case. Unless you have really serious injuries don't bother calling them for help because smaller claims just aren't worth their time. Fortunately not all attorneys don't feel this way otherwise no one could get justice. Horrible customer service.

My case was dragged out for three years. Went through 4 different lawyers. I do not ever recommend Frank D Azar. Just solely on my experience. Also was dealing with a trust fund and that gave us the run around. We rode around to three different banks because apparently the attorney did not have the correct court documentation. Driving around four hours was definitely exhausting. Waste of gas and time because no bank accepted his documents as proof. This was definitely not professional. Just had a terrible experience. The attorney then calls the day after to say he needs to file another motion. I was told private attorneys is the best way to go with accidents such as ours. Two weeks passed and they send a RUDE attorney I believe his name was KENNETH PENWELL who definitely wasn’t impressed with my freedom of speech in my previous Google Review. Actually told me he had some words he could say to me but in the back was not the time. I felt kind of threatened. I never made a false accusation. Everything I reviewed was the truth. Bottom line a review is a personal experience so I thought. I would not recommend this non professional firm to anyone. Mike Mcdavit I heard was the place we should have obtained. Hopefully there is no next time!

A law firm who truly cares about there clients and not just the out come of the case, was in a bad car accident in December 2020 and Franklin D Azar has been there every step of the way through the rough times. I want to thank the FD Azar team for their outstanding work. First and foremost, let me commend Keith Vance and Christopher M. for going above and beyond their work on my MVA case. I hired the FD Azar firm for my my MVA December 2017. I have to admit that I was highly disappointed with Patric LeHollier. I had never had an experience of securing a lawyer and to put in bluntly, he wasted a great deal of my time and necessary treatment. I was extremely pleased when Keith took over the case. What more can I say. Thank you Keith and Christopher for your professionalism and attention to my case.

I hired Royce Mueller to fight my complex work comp case. He is experienced and competent in knowing how to navigate the system to get his client the benefits they are entitled to. He always kept my best interest at the forefront. He was able to get me the medical attention I needed to help relieve my pain which allows me to live a productive life.
