I engaged this Firm to handle my case since they were very well known in Colorado. I was seriously injured in an automobile accident that was not my fault, and sustained multiple hip fractures which kept me wheelchair bound for three months. The two Attorneys assigned to my case were not of high standards in my opinion. Neither were the Firms administrative staff. My Husband had to run around obtaining Medical records, which they should have done themselves. The Attorneys did not respond back in a timely fashion. Their administrative staff made multiple mistakes relative to remitting payments to providers. I. E. Mailing checks to incorrect addresses, sending one check, rather than taking the time to send two checks to cover two separate accounts in order to avoid incorrect posting of payments. I had to personally correct their errors and followup with the providers to ensure they were paid. In doing so, I should have billed them for my time. When I attempted to connect directly with Frank Azar, I was given multiple excuses as to why he was unavailable. Now my case was by no means a low dollar one. The 35% commission they took from my settlement was not at all deserved. If you are seeking a high level Law Firm to handle your case, I would NOT recommend Franklin D Azar and Associates! Lori Joly

My story is a sad one with an amazing ending. My husband was paralyzed over 2 years ago. He was hurt at work and denied benefits from the very beginning of his injury. His injury began in March of 2018 and his employer, the City of Colorado Springs refused to provide him the necessary tests and treatment. He eventually developed an infection, almost died 3 times, and became paralyzed. Our lives were turned upside down and to this day we deal with many horrible issues. We called the office gave the information they needed and told us someone will call us back that same day we called July 1 and it's July 9 and we still haven't heard from them. But we're not worried we have a great lawyer

After we hired them, we couldn't get a call back. Fired them within the first 5 days after my Mother's life threatening accident. Take the time to find a decent lawyer. Not a TV commercial lawyer. We found a better lawyer at a lower percentage fee fairly easily.
