I called this firm today, because I was referred to them. The intake person was very nice. However, after a 20 minute call of me giving all my personal info, and being asked questions like "Did this accident receive media coverage?" made me wonder if they are looking for their fame moment to be highlighted. My 5 car pile up accident, where me and my minor daughter who were hit twice didn't make the cut. Taken from the scene by ambulance, my daughter having head injuries and with me having multiples injures wasn't good enough. I'm in physical therapy, with a totalled our car and 5 kids with no representation. So they couldn't take my case. I asked twice for the reason and was given to the supervisor Corine (I think) who said she'd have to get me to an attorney. While being transferred to an attorney with the first name of "Josh" the called was dropped and no one called back to finish the call and provide me with an answer. If you can't tell a person the why, something isn't quite right. The love of money is the ROOT of all evil. Beverley Moore

I called Frank's office for help after an auto accident, gave the lady all my info then she asked if I was injured and I said no she then put me on hold for over 30 minutes . No one answered. Apparently not being injured means you're not important enough for these ambulance chasers.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan Hoover after I was injured at work. I’ve never had an attorney before so I was pretty nervous at first! But, Ryan proved to me, that I made the right decision by contacting Franklin D Azar’s office. He always kept me updated on what was going on, helpful, informative, (if I didn’t understand something, he would reword it so I did) honest and above all, friendly. I called them up and told them what happened at my work and their rude response was "well there is nothing we can do about it" followed by hanging up. rude people
