They do a good job of taking care of your insurance bills. You will never talk to the lawyer on your case, even when you settle it will be a lawyer you’ve never talked to. You end up dealing with a legal assistant the entire time. They are spread so thin, don’t expect a response from them within 24 hours to a week. Do some research yourself first and see what the insurance limits are before you enlist their services. FDA takes 35% off the top. If you are dealing with a state minimum insurance plan, FDA isn’t for you in most scenarios.

They did everything, so nice and fast and understanding. The only thing that was hard was moving out of state & the communication was a little crazy at times. But other then that everything amazing.

I was in an accident about 3 weeks ago. I was rear-ended so I called Frank Azar immediately while sitting in the dr. office. I was on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and decided to call Heuser & Heuser and was able to talk to a local representative who got me in for an appointment the same day. I would not recommend Azar as it seems as though you are simply a number not a client. The very short experience that I had with them felt that way.

Kristopher Miller was great to work with. Helped lead us through all the issues and working with hospitals and insurance.
