Kris Miller was fantastic. I started the process with Ultra Donahue, an assistant, who was horrible. She would not return phone calls and at times would not respond to min messages left. She was very unorganized and seemed to never know what was going on. She did not ask for All the information she needed. Therefore, I was sending her items months down the road when she should asked for it originally. Tonya would defend her knowing she was wrong.

My original attorney was great. After he left the office during my case, my new attorney failed to keep me in the loop and didn't listen to me most of the time. Overall they did settle my case, but as of today I am still waiting for my settelment to come to me. I moved to a different state and it's been two weeks I've been waiting and I still am waiting.
