Promised great things and did almost nothing. Jason and Mark Bossworth are both horrible lawyers for a divorce. If you want to spend $$ and get little results these are your guys to call.

I google searched out Kinnaird Law after some fairly extensive research and retained the law firm. Mark was absolutely awesome to work with, is well versed in Family Law, and perhaps the most important is that he has working relationships with a large number of the other Family Law attorneys and Judges in the Springs. This can be one of the most helpful things to a client when trying to settle out of court or if you have to go to court to have an idea of how the Judge will respond/react. While I did end up going to court bc Opposing Counsel was a giant Richard we went in with a well prepared case and I largely got what I wanted (50/50 parenting time). Marks rates are also incredibly reasonable for the amazing service that you get as a client. I can't thank Mark and Erica enough.

I was referred to Jason by a friend for some help regarding a traffic ticket. And I'm very thankful that they did! I hired Jason Kinnaird to represent me in a misdemeanor case. About 12 hours before my first appearance, I get an email from him saying he negotiated a dismissal of the charges and he even got my record sealed. 10/10 would recommend.

His staff were very responsive and kept me informed in regards to my case and its disposition. Mr. Kinnaird effectively presented my cases in the hearings and got the penalty drastically reduced. Not that I plan to need representation again in the future but, if I do, I'll definitely return to Jason and his firm.
