Kenton needs to retire. He does not care or fight for you. He turned my case mainly over to his unlicensed son. Very unsatisfactory so called representation. My X was paying me more before I retained him! He bills you for representation of the other party. Even though you’re both not being represented by him.

Let me first start by saying, that this law firm was a great pleasure to work with. From Joanna who works in the front office to the attorneys themselves, I have nothing but great things to say about this law firm. They welcome you into a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and treat you with professionalism no matter your situation.
I first began with this law firm in 2010 after moving to Colorado that same year as veteran who was having a very difficult time adjusting to life after returning home. I was truly at rock bottom and couldn't seem to get it together. I was actually in jail when I first met Jason. Unknowingly to me, my mother reached out to Jason in good faith, and he came through in the clutch.
Upon our first meeting at the jail, Jason looked me in my eyes and told me he would do everything he could to help me, and that he did. He worked with my doctors, my family, and the courts to make sure I had the fair treatment and representation I deserved. Never once did he judge or look down at me or my situation. I could feel the sincerity and the care that he put into the cases he represented. Jason not only represented my criminal cases, but because he did such a great job, I hired him for my traffic cases as well. I can honestly says that Jason was a pivotal part in my heading toward a better life.
In 2013, I had the pleasure of working with his father Kenton as well, concerning a custody matter where I was being alienated from my child by her mother. Not only was she creating visitation and relationship problems for my daughter and me, but she also committed fraud and identity theft in which a credit card company came after me for what she did.
While working with Kenton, he gave me the confidence that no matter what the obstacles were, we were going to tackle them together and succeed. Although he knew my prior situations, he felt that there was no reason for a parent who is trying there best to not be allowed to be involved in their child's life, and that's the approach he took with my case. He worked tirelessly to not only clear my name, but to also hold my child's mother accountable for her actions and in 2014 get the visitation process started, which I had been begging for for years.
Even when my child's mother got the jurisdiction switched to a different state, and I move across the country, Kenton still took it upon himself and helped to coordinate with the judge in that state, as well as different resources so that I could continue to get the visitations that I so deserved. He never stopped until I was satisfied.
I can honestly say that not only has my experience, but my family's experience has been A-1. They are very reasonable cost wise, and will even work with you as long as you are up front, honest, and communicate. Anytime I had an issue, they never hassled me like you would find at a lot of your firms.
I would recommend this firm to anyone looking to take care of any legal aspect of your life. They treat you like family, and help you with your problems.

Stay far away from the slimy snake Kenton! He doesn't care about you or winning your case only stealing your money! Upon consultation he told me it would cost me around $3,500 for his representation. Long story short it cost me almost $10,000 and for what, he doesn't fight for you. And that's not it! One month before my permanent custody hearing he decides it was reasonable to try and charge me another $5,000. I could understand if he did his job well and fought for me but this was not the case. After I told him what I wanted he would tell me no, that's not going to work and I think you should do this or that..he puts in minimal effort and is very condescending. I even got the impression he's sexist. Don't waste your time and money. Dont trust him to fight for your family, he doesnt care. He's very untrustworthy and I'm actually glad I couldn't afford that last $5,000 because I can probably do a better job representing myself to the judge. 0 stars..

This man sympathized with the other party and basically gave him free legal advice, but billed his client for it. He did absolutely nothing in court and then quit when the hearing was disastrous, he didn't even stop long enough to explain what happened.
