Professionalism 100%! They were honestly more worried about my daughter's future after her terrible auto accident than their portion of a settlement. They assisted my daughter for over two years making sure her health was back to "normal" before proceeding with any litigation. They were patient and never pushed to get the case done and over with.

Mccormick and Murphy was a great help for me. Initially I was charged with jay walking. I was hit by a car while crossing Colorado Ave at an un marked walk way. It seemed I was stuck an guilty, all my fault.. After some investigation it was discovered it was a legal crossing an the driver was at fault. I was able to get the medical bills and some recompense for all the hardship the accident caused.. thanks guys... Steve

I highly recommend Mcormick & Murphy To represent you for your personal injury claims! I was in a car accident on May 20,2016 in Vail Colorado. I’m from Connecticut and was driving across country to move to California. When suddenly in a glimpse of a minute my whole world turned upside down. A man who was in his company truck had a seizure while my sister at the time was driving along I70. My car was deemed totaled on the scene. My sister and I both sustained injury from the collision. Not only did I substain injury from the collision I also lost a majority of personal belongings since I was moving my car was packed full of a lifetime of belonging such as clothes, picture and priceless memorabilia that I would never see again. I was In so much pain that I had no choice but to turn around and move back to Connecticut. After a year of numerous doctor visits I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was unable to work for the year and then was limited to work only four hours a day. This injury will last a lifetime over a neglecant driver who had no right driving in the first place.I was left with nothing and had no choice but to reach out to a lawyer. For the first year I was working with a Connecticut lawyer and it was a mess! He would loose our paper work constantly and knew nothing about what was going on. it was so bad that when it came down to trying to settle he didn’t even know I was not able to work despite the numerous times I told him and the paper work that was submitted to him. After doing some of our own research we figured it would be in our best interest to hire a lawyer from the state the accident occurred it. We were extremely skeptical to start since we are thousands of miles away from him we thought it would be challenging to communicate and we would not have the chance to physically meet with him. To be in a car accident and deal with a litigation afterwards is not an easy ordeal, but having McCormick & Murphy Law firm represent my case made it less traumatic. I was in a very serious auto accident about 3 years ago. I was a passenger in a friends care and she pulled in front of another driver who T-boned the side of the car I was riding on. I initially hired a big firm that advertises on TV but they never returned my calls. I hired McCormick & Murphy and they did a great job. Settle for policy limits of $100,000 and now they are trying to get more money from my own insurance company.
