I had no idea how to navigate the process to gain approval for my disability, Allison went above and beyond what I expected to ensure that I knew what was going on during the process and getting my approval. She knows the process inside and out whereas I would not have even known to do some of the steps she did for me. 5 stars does not come close to the rating I would like to give her.

Don't waste your time calling because she is too busy to talk to you about your legal issue!

Allison is a warm and caring attorney who is very thorough. She helped me win when I thought all was lost. You will not find a better representative for your Social Security disability case.

I had the opportunity to use the services of David Webster due to a recent accident. He explained what we need to do in a easy to understand way, I never felt intimidated. Dave and their caring staff took wonderful care of us. He took the time to make sure I was happy with all the options. More like a friend really. I strongly refer them to everyone.

I sustained serious injuries in June 2010 when a truck ran into my motor scooter. It was my family who suggested I might need a lawyer. In those first few weeks I was overwhelmed and fairly incapacitated. Meanwhile, my daughter did some research on the personal injury lawyers in Colorado Springs. They also sent me copies of all their correspondences with the insurance company. They consulted with me on every step of the way. Whenever I had a question they responded quickly with an answer. Healing took longer than I initially anticipated. I will forever be grateful to Dave for guiding me to resources that helped me understand the extent of my injuries. Cindy is knowledgeable and very caring. She was instrumental in helping me manage an issue with the insurance company. Stephanie is warm and engaging. She always made me feel like she was happy to see me and willing to do what she could to help me. They were all genuinely concerned about my well being and would call just to ask how I was doing. Also, I am in awe of how they live what they preach. Their community involvement is impressive. They established the Restorative Mediation Project. Ken is a founder of the Pike Peak Challenge. And they are aligned with the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado and Association for Conflict resolution. This speaks volumes about them. They settled the case providing me with enough funds to cover my needs. I feel fortunate, both professionally and personally, that I had the opportunity to work with them.

My three daughters, myself and a friend of my daughter's were all involved in a serious car accident in 2007. There were 10 cars involved -- myself and my two older daughters were hurt. I was out of work for six weeks and my 15 year old daughter lost most of her sophmore year in high school due to her head injury. During this long process Dave Webster came on board and took over our case. Dave was exceptional and personable as well. He related well to my teenage daughters who eventually became college students. In the end, Dave helped us settle in mediation but would have gone all the way to a court trial if needed! Auto insurance companies are very hard to deal with and the process is cumbersome. If you are ever involved in an auto accident, hire Jaray and Webster to get the results you want!
