I contacted Mr Downie regarding a pending purchase on a tract of land and a previous complaint launched on the property owners and their building site plans. This was a pressing matter that needed immediate attention as the closing was less than 10 days away. Mr Downing discussed the case with me over the phone (since I'm located in a different state) his initial thoughts. After reviewing all the information I provided to him he was able to give me an opinion as well as a follow-up call to discuss any questions I may have had.
