I hired Tom to help me deal with a DUI charge I recieved while being on my private property working on a four wheeler. The lack of in depth investigation skills of the Park county officer was pointed out in court after several very frustrating court appearances my case was completely dropped! Tom was always there to answer my phone calls or returned them promptly. This was unfortunately the second time I have had to hire a lawyer and will always keep Tom in mind if I need anything else. As I stated in the headline he is the BEST so much better than the previous attorney I hired that was double the price he charged me. Call him before you sign anything with another attorney you will be amazed by the way he treats you and handles your case.

Tom works by himself so he can keep his rates lower than the big offices. He was able to get my DWAI reduced to a reckless driving, which will be off my record in a few years.

Mr. Nellessen is GREAT. After being stopped by the police, I was charged with a DUI. After being told by other attorneys that it would cost me $4,000.00 upfront, I felt like like no one would help me. Mr. Nellessen was there for me. The other attorneys said I would be serving some jail. I was scare, but Mr. Nellessen helped me understand the laws and made me comfortable. Mr. Nellessen resolved my case and I did not have to serve any jail time. When the issue of attorney's fees came up, I was expecting another attorney wanting over $4,000.00. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Nellessen said that he was almost half the price of some of the other "experts" in DUI law. 20 years of experience for almost half the price... WOW!
