I reached out to the office regarding my child’s case. First impression very nice office and staff was okay. I turned in all my paper work and had the first meeting set up. I ended up having to reschedule and set up that appointment after being told that if I was to rescheduled my first appointment I couldn’t be represented by the firm. I drove down there and sorted everything out. I get a phone call from Andrew M. Serrone only to be told HE needed to change the appointment because it doesn’t fit into “HIS” schedule( not accommodating at all). Time passes and the court date comes and Mr. Serrone is representing us. According to him everything went great. I revive a letter in the mail from social security and was notified that our claim was denied. I called the office asking Mr. Serrone to give me a call and figure out what to do next after he had said to do so(as he stated at the court hearing).Weeks go by and no answer at all. Finally I receive certified mail stating they won’t represent us. This office is disorganized and lacks knowledge how to help with cases for minors . If the over all communication improved and we had actually had everything we needed for court we might of had a chance. I wasn’t asked to produce evidence that was important to our case that the judge later asked for. The Law Office of Diane Bross fell short and let me with nothing to show after almost 2 years of pursuing my child’s conditions. The cherry on top is the lack of professionalism to reach to me and follow though with what Mr. Serrone had said. I do not recommend this firm and I will let people know as well.

My experience with this firm has been nothing but outstanding. Always return calls and or emails, always kept me updated on my Social security disability case, and Amanda, who was handling my case was amazing. She made this long, hard process much easier to deal with. Would give 10 stars if I could. Wish I could say the same for Social security. GREAT FIRM, look nowhere else for help, truly amazing.
