I want to say that Diane Bross and her staff have been awesome from the first time I made contact with them. I filled out a questionnaire online to see even if I qualified for disability. I was called back immediately and had an appointment to go in and talk to Amanda right away. Amanda was extremely professional and personal with me. Very caring and friendly. She treated me with respect and had empathy for my challenges. What's funny, is that I was told my case could take years. So I put it out of my mind and totally forgot about it. I won my case with in a few months. Amanda told me that was one of the fastest cases. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an attorney for disability. I have a horrible nerve problems and I’ve been dealing with it for over half of a year. I’ve been denied for disablity twice now and I hired Diane Bross’s firm and they did absolutely nothing. I had to call them like 200 times just to get my second application in. And I haven’t heard from them once since then. I’ve had to call them every single time and they’ve done absolutely NOTHING. I was denied for the second time last week. I had NO IDEA! They didn’t even call me, I got a letter from asocial security letting me know 😂😂😂 so if I did get it, I would’ve had to pay them for NOTHING. Don’t hire them, I’m in a worse situation than when I first hired them. Worthless and rude.

Very disappointed. All the reviews look wonderful decided to call. Started with the back story simply because I have no idea where to even begin as far as what type of help they could provide (lack of knowledge with disability). Could barely get out I was saying before I was interrupted with a mean loud voice saying “ what point are you getting to?” As if what I was saying was an inconvenience to her. All I could say is wow and disconnected the line. If you are a mother of a disabled child and have no idea what you’re doing this is not the place to call for help. I simply needed someone to assist with figuring this out and at this point I’m willing to pay a lawyer to help me because I have no a clue what I’m doing and no one seems to be of any help.

I hired Diane and her staff and we waited a year and a half for a hearing. We drew a Judge who only has a 14% approval rate, and that worried me. What I didn’t fully realize was all the work and prep Diane and her team had been doing all those months on my behalf. The day of the hearing we went before the Judge and within 5 minutes he approved my appeal for disability. I was in shock, but as I thought about it I remembered I had chosen Diane because of the good ratings and reviews I had read on Google. I hope if anyone who is reading this and is looking to hire an attorney to represent your disability case, you could do no better than Diane Bross. She covers all the bases and more.

Very kind up till you question them, they informed me that "I make too much" money in order for them to help me. I questioned them what that meant, because I am on welfare I have never heard those words before. "I make too much for them to take my case"? All I asked was what that meant and I got attitude and the answer " I do not know that is, it is what Diane said and she would not take my case"

So far we're not impressed they filled out the application wrong including some very major mistakes. *Edit 9-11-2020 so we were denied and they will not appeal. Very unprepared for the court appearance and our lawyer basically told us they deny everyone who has seizures and appealing is pointless

Diane is an amazing attorney she just won our case for us!! She is very down to earth she actually took her time and answered all questions she did not rush us in and out. Any time we felt like calling for any reason we got right through and if nobody was available at that time we always got a call back by the next day. Also the receptionist Heather was awesome she never got annoyed with us calling even if it was 3 times in a row lol. We are just so happy because my husband has been disabled for 3 years now our process took about 2 1/2 years, yes it takes that long in some situations. But if you want an attorney who actually cares about you then attorney Bross is the one you want!! She has compassion and she is humble she is an amazing person! Thank you to everybody who helped us at this office, Diane, Amanda and Heather you are all rock stars!!

Highly recommend this Social Security firm. Excellent communication using both phone and email to communicate updates and requests.

Diane is great ! Easy to talk to and is a great attorney.
