I would have to start with wanting to give a no star at all I made a contract hoping to be helped in a visitation case I was having a short time line. After being asked to pay a 5000 retainer fee I get a invoice in less then a month stating the whole 5000 was used and the invoices kept coming every 2 weeks which only 1 month had past and there was nothing done on my case the lawyer Taylor Brice that was suppose to take my case only once appeared to my pre trial just to be told to leave because the firm decided to withdraw my case due to I would not pay another 4500 I never was asked nor told what steps where being taking or what was happening, motions were put in without my consent, the whole firm was involved so I had to pay different individual's for services that did nothing for me. I was only represented for my mediation and the firm withdrew from my case 2 1/2 weeks before I had to go to court great way to start the holidays Since my court date is coming up 11-22-22. When I spoke with Taylor I had informed him that I was just getting on my feet and just got back to work 2 years ago due to my involvement in 2015 shooting that accord at planned parenthood which I was hostage for 7 1/2 hours and also 7 months pregnant and was the last one out of the building and I suffer from PTSD and anxiety. I was not looking to get free services but I was not represented fairly and now I have to go into the court room alone and stuck with a 6000 lawyer bill. I am not sure what else to say but I would really encourage others to be careful and not feel robbed as I feel! .

I cannot speak highly enough of Diane and her team. The communication, attention to detail, as well as treating me like a person was beyond reproach. They never failed or dropped the ball and when I called because I was confused or concerned they took a kind approach. I couldn’t possibly rate enough stars for her and her team. A three year fight and she never gave up on me. That is a first in my life. Diane will shoot you straight, honest and without fluff. Thank you Diane and team a million times.

Honestly I don't know how she is so sought-after. I don't think she did any of her job on my case. Didn't fight or object to anything. Seemed like her staff does most of the job then she represents you and acts like she has never heard your name. Funny thing she dropped me bc of a denial to an admin. Judge ruling. Told me to wait until I was 50 that it would change and I should refile. Yeah but not with her as my attorney. Plus she also represents a particular person who is trying to get disability but can't bc he is not disabled. Just wants a cushy life like EL Paso County has given him with no rent and waited on. SMDH must be nice while I break myself in half working 2 days a week to try and keep my family off the street.
