My family and I suffered a car accident in 2022 due to another driver carelessly running a red light. The fault was clearly the other drivers and there was no question the amount of damage we sustained. The car was hit on the passenger side just in front of my youngest daughter and it was totaled. Fortunately both of my daughters only had minor injuries. The impact was a great enough a side impact to throw me out of my shoulder strap safety belt and into the rear view mirror. I sustained a nose broken in three places and a mild concussion while breaking the windshield and rear view mirror. The damage could have been much greater had I not been buckled. The guy is a One-Trick-Pony. If your case goes on longer than a few months, be prepared for him to present the same old arguments, using the same old buzz words, and a lot of copy/paste legal documents.
