I worked with Jon Topolewski and his team at Robinson and Henry for an insurance claim for a potentially significant size after hail storms. Ironically, I ultimately was not successful and elected not to proceed with a full claim, and so you might wonder why I would write a positive review. Notwithstanding our lack of success in this instance, I'm writing to strongly recommend anyone looking for quality counsel to consider Robinson & Henry. I am a corporate attorney myself, and from experience, Robinson & Henry attorneys (or at least Jon) are the rare, excellent counsel who actually will consider your perspective and zealously advocate for you. In fact, a big part of why I was able to walk away satisfied with the outcome was because their assistance was what ultimately led to the insurance company determining the root cause and is now allowing us to address the issues with our home. We talked to several other counsel and advisors who either wanted money up front or suggested alternative factors that all would have been wasted or were incorrect suggestions. It was through Robinson & Henry's assistance that we solved an issue that plagued us for months and which the insurance company and others wanted to write off as inconsequential. The lack of a successful outcome as initially expected in this case was not an indicator of Robinson's failure, because the true cause of our dilemma was something only extensive technical work was able to uncover. In fact, I would go as far as to say that I respect them immensely for being willing to consider this case on contingency and to allocate the resources they did to ensure that our concerns were appropriately addressed, because they were the ones who ultimately secured the information we needed at no cost which is allowing us to solve this problem permanently. To the extent I ever have another controversy, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jon again. Strongly recommend considering working with Robinson if you need good counsel. Thanks again Jon and co.
